Army days...Do you have a say?

Hmm....Got into Mohawk...Most xiong company...ever since Ninja tone down....Pray hard that you guys wont get into Mohawk, Ninja and Ravern (also turning monsterous)....Intensive training....5 BX...7 wonders.....Route March...Strength Training....Despite all these, only 1 out of 120 pple in our company passed IPPT.....which was WOAH!!

1. 20 counts of 4 High jumper
2. 20 counts of 4 push-ups (Diamond, spider and normal push-ups)
3. 20 counts of 4 squat-banders
4.20 counts of 4 crunches

The list is still generating as the no punishment weeks are over.....back to tekan sessions...from our sirs and higher in command! had "k box session" almost every admin session...sang our hearts out.....compose an impromptu RAP for Boon wah.....quite funny though.....i must admit we were quite well-fed and the beds are on par with ours back at home.....life was back to routine one so as the normal school life we have back then....nothing much to look forward to.....what keeps us going and spur us on are the constant motivation and encouragement form our platoon mates......

20th to 23rd Nov

A brand new phase of life awaits me as i am freed from hectic exam-tuned conditions.
4 consecutive days with only 20 plus hours of sleep isnt enough for me. But who bothers......its high time we reward ourselves handsomely after a tiring round of exams. past 4 days of expenses amounts to $120.....

Went to watch "Beowulf" ....hmmm graphics, animation and sound effects are commendable but the storyline just barely make the mark....it wasnt as magnificent as the previous movies i have so far watched. Chiong 4 straight hours of DOTA....i must admit xc is good..haas...neh mind i will catch up with you one day. You wait and see...wahahaa! then went over to stay over at HS house.....first time tasting dishes from HS....not bad though...then went to the cosy room of hers to catch some movie...cherishing the feeble hope that i wouldnt fall asleep but in the end i need....the movie too boring liao...cant catch any attention. just had 2 hours of sleep for the first day....

head over to Costa sands for chalet....nice meeting up with the chs gang. Learnt a lot of things from the chalet...met a lot of pple. Coincidentally many had chalet during that period of time..We challenged ourselves to Vodka and another wine (both 40% alcohol) Got nearly knocked off from the 5 cups..but luckily i stuffed myself with marshmallow. Had loads of fun! but i didnt went for nite cycling cause i was too tired le...in exchange i had 8 hours of sleep. Head to Wild wild wet....tried all the rides...fantastic....foam pool was HELL but FUN! nearly suffocated cause of the huge crowd! went to the breakwaters to chill.....enjoyed the night breeze... wah i must admit my physical fitness is deteriorating cause after a few laps of swim with waikiki, i am already half-dead!! haas

Heading back home to catch a breather..another 6 hours of sleep before heading to CB house ...magnificent and well furbished 3 storey--apartment. My first touch on the Wii gaming console.....had fun trying the games installed....played MAHJONG overnight, RISK which spurred some intense competition...and also had a sumptous meal of spagehtti with crab claws and succulent chicken wings....Thumbs up! yummy!

Head off to my aunt's house....haas emo talk with chanel and geraldine...then we went to chiong some arcade games....i must admit the gals are good at catching the toys...

Blogging has taken on another new meaning !

In the past i used to treat blogs as a form of dairy......taking down happenings but now on most occasions as a platform to express my heartfelt feelings and thoughts. I guess thats the change that i am adopting now.......

Many trapped in a state of helplessness, many suffer in silence....this is not what we hope to chance upon but it has stealthily been brought upon us...and that is the reality! Mid years was a total disaster...no doubt the fact that the cohort fare badly and performance has dipped to a shocking all time low. Teachers are giving us assurance that it will be alright amid the cries of distress that have surfaced. Disappointment isnt going to carry us any further.....counting by days...another 100 plus days to A levels....We have to move on....always think that the road in front of us is enticing and that will keep the drive going. Spur yourself to strive for the best is what i always hold. There is absolutely no use crying over spilt milk.....Learn from our mistakes. Once bitten twice shy. Dont ever repeat them again!

At this pt of time, we cant afford to be nonchalent anymore.....no more time to squander...Homework is gonna start piling up again....school hours are going to be extended. Teachers are adding more lessons for A level practices. Even weekends we have to return back to school for mock paper practices. School life is gonna be taxing....and this is the period of time which many of my j2 seniors claim "HELL"! Determination and perseverance should never be seen as a bane but rather as one of the cornerstones.....and that will lead us to the path of success.

But sometimes the need for tests after tests...exams after exams is questionable. Have you ever feel that we study for the sake of dealing with obstacles in the case "exams". Not a matter of passion here that i am talking about. but rather the purpose of exams and learning.? Anyway, to all our buddies out there....jiayou for the upcoming A levels and we shall work towards our best! Gogogo!

Have been away from blogger for near to 2 months...considering the fact that i just devoted 2 posts for the past 2 to 3 months. It is really a hassle to log in and not having anything to express. Sometimes I have the sudden urge of wanting to post the entry of that particular happening but I just cant bring myself up to express those feelings.

Many thoughts are running through my mind as i typed this entry......many happenings...many hiccups...many feeble hopes and opportunities that I chanced upon...but ready to accept? It is just a matter of time and confidence. Was that reality? I always cherish this feeble hope...hoping that time would stop at that particular moment....that moment whereby I lay down all my burden...enjoy those wonderful moments with the other.....the most memoriable time spent in life...and i think one will live life with no regrets.

Well enough of my stream of thoughts...shall end in a sentence or two......

Wah..It has been a month since i last blogged. have been very irregular in blogging..hmm..losing the appeal? i guess so... but anyway just here to update!

Firstly congratulations to the Volleyball team, i must applaude them for the courage and the determination. Though the guys lost one of the match to HCJC but they still managed to finish their rounds beating their opponents 2-0 for almost every match. The girls are even better...fighting strongly and displaying a clean finish against their oponents! Hurray! Currently both teams are in the top 6 and Mr quek pinned hopes for them for championships! Next up, congrats to our table tennis boys team for making it to the finals. Although they lose to RJ, but their team spirit and coordination are no doubt better than their opponents. Congrats to CLDDS for clinching a gold award in SYF.

Woots...on CCA...recently have been lowdown in CNNY for the past 1 week or so. Finally finished all the necessary productions. Did studio filming and learn a lot from it. This is the first time the studio filming is done in the Staff lounge. Thanks Yifang for your accompaniment to make the entertainment news production. Our "Mo qi" still not bad though...Impromptu...Haas in the end we thought of very lame stuff! See us in action on our college TV broadcast system! Thanks Jo-anne for the lunch. Thanks wenxin and luoyi for being so patient and understanding. Our team did fairly well with the exceptions of occasional hiccups here and then!

Sports Carnival 07

Woke up early in the morning at 5. Thanks to my 6 alarm clocks which rang incessantly till i got fed up and swept all of them onto the ground! Met my class @ AMK station and set off from there taking 22 (covered 26 stops in total.) xuan was so tired until he slept in the bus, our dear Arch was over obssessed with her fav book. Now finally at Book 3. Haas. Reported at the run tent...thanks Sharon for helping me marked the attendence :) and Jiahui for helping me hold the placards! Kicked off the first event with running. 1 km round Bedok reservoir. Hurray! We got second! After which proceeded to play soccer with the guys! then went for filming for CNNY. Nas, i must applaude you for your superb hosting of the whole event. Thumbs up! Then we went for dragon-boating!! Woots! We did ourselves proud by coming in second.....a stone's throw away from the champion team which consisted of all guys! We made it! Yea 0625 rox! Great team spirit and coordination displayed. Fun fun and more FUN!!

Then went wif cong and xuan to shop round Tampines Mall. Haas met jiahui with AHEM! Had lunch at Long john Silver. Then set off to Changi Airport. Haha had a wonderful and enjoyable time there as me cong and xuan talked and luaghed heartily. Our demanding stomach hasnt been satisified though we had quite a heavy luch @ Long John. Went to ate the pancakes recommended by cong and also had some pastries@ Polar Cake shop. Haas. Folded stars and place them into a bottle. We spent like 2 hours only to find out that we managed to fill only 1 fifth of the bottle. Haaas. Then set off home. Had been a tiring day for me! Need to rest:)

My wonderful moments

Woah, It has been 1 month since I last updated my blog. Time to clear the layers of dust and inject some life into this dormant dimension. Woosh...1 round of taxing block test has just ended. Considering we have 2 papers each day, it really put our determination and perseverance to test. Now that its over, it is time to enjoy and have a short but lasting fun! Had 2 consecutive K box sessions.

Didnt have school on Thursday and Friday cause no papers. 1 thing is for sure...these 2 days have been the most memoriable moments in my life which I will never forget. Firstly, I would like to thank all my wonderful frens for the warmest well-wishes for my Birthday and also all the presents. Thanks a lot!! I will also never forget my brother Aaron who had the same birthday as me 21 / 03 / 1989. Haha and whats more...he came out 3 hours later than me only! Isnt that cool?! I think its kinda fun to have the same birthday as you! Haas.

A big Thank you to xuan, xuewei, cong, xuewei, jiahui, xuan, Sharon, mophead shan and chen for the present. A cool polo tee...very nice...I love IT :) Thanks for making my school life much more meaningful and fun to look forward to each day.
Woke up early on Friday morning @ 9 to meet cong cong to do gym toning. Did threadmill for like 1.7 km only..haha...didnt complete. Then some muscle stretching, weight lifting and wrist training. Then met up with Chen chen and xuewei @ J8 to have lunch. Haha...thanks to cong’s recommendation of milkshake from Mos burger...It is Fattening!!! Haas. We went KFC...ordered COKE...oops...did I just had a fattening drink before this!! On top of this, still had mouth-watering chicken...Wah..High cholesterol intake le! Haha after that went to shop for bag for our dear chen chen. Got him a Zinc silverish Bag..looks quite suitable for him..we shall see on Monday itself when he reach school. And our dear chen did a lot of funny things which make us laugh our hearts out.! Haas. Then Hehe...we came to a narrow alley which led us to ARCADE! oh gosh..arcade fanatics like us of course couldnt resist our temptation. wanted to go in but got stopped by the personnel..we were playing hide and seek with the personnel though. Hahas. Neh mind in the end we didnt go. Then next stop Gift-a-name. We bought a very cutey cute key chain..me and xw got green..chen and cong got green ones.

After which went to meet up with my Cat high besties buddies: shiyi, zihao, mole-ge, yongwei, tee tong, roy, yuda and lester. Thanks a lot for the delicious and mouth-watering chocolate cake. YumYum!! And also the hand massager from zi hao and nice watch from tee tong. Thanks buddies for adding tinges of colours to my life and bringing laughter and joy to me! Muacks! After the bowling sessions where the guys pit themselves against each other hoping to clinch the champion, we proceeded to ang mo kio. Went to catch the movie <<300>>...a must see movie..super nice...shant leak out any details of the movie..Haas. An M18 movie...first one in our life...speaking of M18 reminds me of my seating position during Physics paper. It was such a coincidence cause for physics paper itself, I was placed at M18..Haha.. Then after that we went to Mcdonalds to chill out. And another word was invented ever since the "chill out", now its "Level up". Hey guys really thanks a lot for everything...I love you all!!

Furthermore, I would like to thank Grace for everything. Thanks a lot. Thanks for your accompaniment throughout these days. Crazy S.H.E fanatic...challenge all the S.H.E songs but indeed you could sing very well. Keep it up..as for me again I had a mixture...we moved from sentimental and soothing to hard and rock songs! Wasnt it cool?! Haas. and mar mar moo moo....we share the same thoughts everytime and also the same thinking! and also surprisingly find things funny the way they appear. hmm..haha...thx for all the love and Mr bean acts you shower upon me!

A further thank you to S14 for remembering my birthday. Not forgetting the wonderful moments we spent together and also the Crazy and MADness we had! Will come back and find you all soon de k? Sorry...recently school had been really taxing and busy for me plus all the CCA stuff..I think I am suffocating liao! And also my primary school mates for the endless support you have given me and also not forgetting the Craze gang Yee kai, al-gene and juncheng. Thanks a lot!! and finally my Cat high frens!

CNY CELEBRATION cum Filming @ Esplanade

Firstly apologies to all. Due to CCA commitment, couldnt make it back to Cat high and also appointments.
Set off to esplanade (Marina front) @ about 5 plus 6. Joanne, me, Yi fang, Serene and Zuo Sheng displayed great coordination and cooperation making this project a great succeess. We really enjoyed it. Thanks to our teacher-in-charge and the VP for being so caring. The event was also a great success all thanks to our very own perfomers from Student Council and CCS. Fireworks displayed were magnificent and glamorous, lighting up the dark sky with shades of colours. Being a reporter aint any easy and I must applaude those news reporter who have to write out their script and memorise them within a short span of time in order to be broadcast on time. and Po boon next time dont scare girls off okay!! Haha.

Its Valentine's Day!!

One of the most touching moments in my life. Besides flowers, also received chocolates, painstakingly baked pineapple tarts and cookies, cards. Thank you all for the endless efforts put in to make this day of mine a wonderful one. You rocked my life!!! Before CCA starts, went strolling round the school with jia hui and also take this opportunity to see whats' in for V day Bazzar. Jia hui got smashed in her face with whipped cream....i nearly got it from samuel too....all thanks to my dodge which saved me from this "diasaster'. Only managed to watch approx 15 mins of the movie screened and i got to leave to meet wenkai and gang for new year window shopping. Bought some accesories and stuff and also unknowingly become the sales consultant for them, giving constant opinions and feedbacks.

Another unglamorous day for jia hui cause she slipped and fall...oh gosh whats more with a loud thud onto the ground....luckily no cracks there. I dunno whether to laugh or cry for her cause the incident was just so sudden and quick that my senses were numb to responses. Too shock a sight! me and grace were laughing our heads off. Went to watch the BUDGET 2007 at lt 4 FOR JUST 15 mins and have to get going to the nexy class. Folded paper crane and thanks to xw, xc and gy for your patience in teaching me the steps. Yay!! It was a laughter day after all cause everyone of us were in the festive mood...losing appeal for study...joking and laming around.....

Went wif liu jie, sharon and shan to shop for New yr clothes. Last minute shopping doesnt do and i always believe in getting clothes early. Went Far east to shop again. It has been long since our last visit. the 2 girls ar took near to 3 hours at just the basement level of Far east and me and liu liu have already finished strolling taka, heerens, cinileisure and paragon. 4 shopping malls VS 1 storey of Far east. haiz. Yea MrV ictor treated us to $90 Swensen voucher for our hard work put in during cip hitting an average of 138 kg per person.
It has been shopping and shopping these few days cause CNY round the corner! yep.

THE ONE 2007--Here we come

On friday 09-02-07, we witnessed the birth of NY superstar it is none other than Javin thuey. With well-pitched voice which touched the crowd, Javin did not disappoint his fans at all. 8 solo-ists in total and only 2 sang really well. The rest are all CMI. not being critical here but rather realistic here. Before THE ONE, had 3 hours long of tennis game and also squash. oops since when have i become so active in sports.....Haha...god knows?! Played squash with grace, lynette, mar, xuan and weilong. then tennis wif mar, darren and his GF. haas. fun game after all. after that shiyi joined in. THE ONE tickets has been selling like hot cakes over the past few weeks and all thanks to Grace for helping us reserve 12 tics!!

Guess what we had special guess appearance... Nathalie from Project Superstar 07. xiao lu dou..wo men yong yuan zhi chi ni!! every moment during his performance, you could hear that. thats shows how attractive he is!

and guess what Catholic High has performing extremely well this year with an aggregate score of 9.6 the best in 20 years.

I guess that should send some smiles on Mr lee's face.

Are you the ONE?

2 weeks had passed yet again.
The ONE competition (similar to Project Superstar) is intensifying, heated up by tense competition. 8 groups managed to stand out from the rest to fight on in the semi-finals. Congrats to all!!

Yep did Tennis and Soccer for PE lessons. Had a good game with mar, grace, Liu xiaojie, dogtagged and another J1. Tennis is easy to learn though not boasting here but it is just the mere fact.

CIP today at AMK area. Super tired but it was fun! Apart from the usual old clothes and newspaper collection, we had quite a few surprises with pple donating fridge to us, Lingerie?! (oops), LV bags etc....and many more... 12 blocks of flats, 1712 units of apartments.....1500 plus kg of items we collected...from just 7 blocks of flats....

Losing myself

Marvellous kick start??.....not anymore. In the blink of an eye, the spur of vigour in me is not in existence anymore. My lethargic body and face simply give way. Piles and piles of tutorial and upcoming tests awaits me. Now besides CCA commitments, school work and tutoring my neighbours, i have another additonal workload which is Class rep. Oh gosh my journey ahead is gonna be tedious. Never in my life have i experienced such a lifestyle....My apologies for not blogging for the past 2 weeks cause school has really been hectic and busy for me. Tied down by commitments..leaving me gasping for breath. I simply could not take a breather from this tortorous lifestyle.

Occasional crapping and chilling sessions in school helps to relieve partial stress. Well recently i chance upon a newspaper report which says "Life is about enjoying" which i beg to differ. rather i would say life is about enjoying after a series of torment and hard work. We cant be happy-go-lucky... idling and rotting. Every minute and second counts! so cherish every moment in life.

On a lighter tone now....our school is organising a contest " The one". Something similar to Project Superstar where singing is involved. Had badly wanted to take part but considering the preparation involved and the amount of time devoted make me drop the idea. All the best to Javin..who is really a great singer...a guy who nearly made it to the top 20 of project superstar 2. He was so close and the opportunity just slipped off like that.

How does it feel when you are standing at the edge of the cliff...on the verge of death. Stay rooted on the ground and strive on or jump off the cliff and end life like that? This is indeed a question worth to ponder about.

Marvellous kick start of year 2007

Looking forward to the start of the school cause its back to gossiping and study time!! Has been losing the momentum and yearn for study ever since post promo period. Now finally the feeling is back! In this week itself, our timetable was changed thrice. Nearly Fainted upon the sight of the timetable. 3 days of schools ending late around 4 plus 5. Even our early dismissed Friday was being scrapped off and now ending at 2:15.

This year orientation was much better than last year O2. Envious of the J1 cause they were so carefree and relaxed, enjoying themselves. Well, the good and enjoyable times had already passed, now it is down to serious matter. Went to join in the mass dance session for a while. Woah..it was similar to ours last year and for goodness sake...the cheers..though impactful but not creative enough. The tribal cheer was still the best of all.

PE lessons couldnt proceed smoothly due to heavy downpour and we ended up doing some simple activities which i thought was ridiculous. We complained to Mr quek of our timetable and guess what he ended up saying that he would provide us beds during the long periods of break. Well, this is the sense of humour that he always brings around with him which also brightens up our day.

Saw some NCC juniors and Laurence in school. All responded soundly to the Orientation which showed a good sign.

Had CCA briefing. Going to embark on 2 other Video productions and also CCA bazzar preparation. Hmm..our group did filming on saturday accompanying the J1 for flag day. Did editing before for the previous Campus DV project, so i think i will try my best to exercise this area of profession. Hmm cameraman, editing...i think next up i will be reporter and then to my dream...newsreporter!!!

Had some chill-out sessions with xuan, grace, jia hui, Mar-Mar just to distress. Non-stop entertainment. Haha

Flashbacks (Finale)
2006-- A year full of surprises and opportunities up for grasp. A year of invigorating moments...joy, laughters even sorrow and anguish. 2006 a year which filled me in the most and also a year which i experience the most.

1 year had just passed unknowingly.....The days ahead have not been fun if not for the accompaniment of 0625, my wonderful Cat high buddies and also S14. Thanks guys for everything and you all have played an indispensable role of painting my life more meaningfully and vibrantly. I move from stress-free mths to taxing months whereby piles and tonnes of work piles up with projects accompanying. Giving up is not a right choice but i always believe confidence and perserverance are the 2 main drives to success. and the support and encouragements from my peers and buddies are of utmost importance. Thx everyone!!

2006--A year which makes us realise that in this materialistic society, things are never to be taken for granted. Just like the recent outbreak of internet slowdown. We are living in luxury so it is farfetch from those countries with natural disasters. We should learn to cherish the present and foresee the future.

2006--smooth sailing? tough and rocky? i would say both. Life is full of ups and downs...face them with confidence and determination is what i always hold in my life.
Goodbye 2006!!!! I would bring my memoriable mooments together with me to another year 2007--a year hopefully filled with more excitements..more surprises...

Flashbacks of 2006 (Part 1)

The commencement of 2006 has been fun and exciting. Totally immersed in a stress-free environment whereby skipping lessons and lectures are a common sight you see everywhere and anywhere. S14 i realli wanna thank you for giving me so much support and encouragement. I realli enjoy your accompaniment especially during the chalet stay, the pool sessions, the christmas party and lots more!! Bunny has been really hyperactive and also crazy at times during this period of time. and also not forgetting the CAT high gang where we always use to gather in 1 corner to talk crap and gossip.
Oh how can i forget our favourite mr Chew who likes to crap his way through civics lesson and also Miss Wong..the worst Maths teacher i ever met..oops..haas...

2006 has also been a special year. Though i did not travel overseas this year, i have frens who sent season greetings and share their experience with me. Thanks Hang for your Yunan trip experience, Dash for India, Wang Yang for China, Mr Yao (my fav) for Malaysia and Chanel for London. Haha it was really heartwarming to actually receive greetings from you guys.

This year Christmas has been realli wonderful...3 parties. 3 different experience. A big thank you to all my frens for all the season greetings. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Grace, chanel and gaypartner for the Christmas day presents.

2nd Christmas Party

Residental stay@ Zi hao's house. It was fun and exciting. Me, yw, yuda, shiyi, tee tong, lester turned up. Zi hao's house was well furbished including a 5 star sofa set which i slept comfortably on it the next morning and also an LCD TV with X box 360 and lots more!! A lot of surprises installed for us. Bought beer and i got tipsy after drinking 3 sips from various bottles. Hahas. if only i had Baron's strong brew, i would have collapse immediately upon the first sip. Me, tee tong and lester were crazy over youtube videos, squandering 2 hours spamming videos and laughing our heads off. Probably its because of my drowsiness from the beer that makes me go berserk and haywire and started singing Sin huey's song " cong taipei dao Beijing" followed by kelly poon's song wif Yongwei. We were a bit off for a period of time. After that it was Indian Poker spent like 4 hours plus on that. It was thrilling and stimulating as we hold our breaths fearing that it would us taking the penalty. Yep we ate mouth-watering logcakes and also munch on 2 packets of LAYS as we played.

Oh yea before that had dinner @ one of the chinese restaurant. weird right. Its Christmas not Chinese New year. Haha. erm for the satisfactory service we were charged $10 which was quite ex though. Took 20 mins to place our orders and it was damn comical inside there as we crapped non-stop. Yea an enjoyable stayover and i loved it !!

White Christmas Party @ Springbloom

Woots! First Christmas party this year. 2 more upcoming!! really looking forward to them. This is my first year having 3 chirstmas parties..totally endulged myself into this festive season Thanks to Annarine for hosting this wonderful event! We were greeted warmly by annarine's relatives and her chubby and adorable dog. Oh gosh so cute!! and her dog did sumthing to me!! Argh. Just a mere distance of 1 cm (10mm) and its oVer for me. and Aaron and gang i am not scared of dogs k?! Haha just wanna have a better view of the dog. Only 4 guys turned up for the whole event out of like hmm 70 odd pple. Highlight of the event was Xmas Gift X change and guess what got myself a baby elephant. haas. Another highlight Yan qin's birthday. Haha...at the function room we celebrated her birthday. and sang Birthday song at the top of our voices. Not only that, in the bus we sounded out audibly for Yan qin oblivious of the crowd staring at us. Haha but it was fun!!!

Then we played bridge. lol. It was hell for me. Ok shouldnt blabber too much on that.

Had my first experience as a tutor. an eye-opener indeed. taught 2 kids--1 in p6 another sec 3. gave them maths and chinese tuition. hmmm the p6 kid was problematic. it was so cubersome to actually make him settle fast...here and then fiddling with his lovely handphone being oblivious about the presence of the tutor. wth!? intense nervousness starts to build up when his mum pop in to supervise him. the sec 3 one was still alright..quite smooth sailing lah..cause of the difference in lvl of maturity.

Indeed a surprise!!!

My neighbours came knocking on my door today and guess what...they actually requested me to tutor their kids. one in primary 6 another sec 3. i was shocked at that moment..after that i told them i would consider and let them know asap. in the end i decided to take up the challenge. Many of frens have been taking up jobs and tutoring pple..and i told myself why not give it a try? Will start tutoring them tomolo...

finally found the momentum to start kicking off wif studies...now starting slowly wif maths assignments...no more time to waste! time and tide waits for no man...minutes ticking by each day indeed and even makes me feel remorseful if i never utilise them wisely.

3D / 2N Chalet @ downtown east

Back from pb chalet..3 days 2 nights. was really lethargic and sloppy cause of the sleepless nights. Had soccer match with the juniors....beating them hands down..ownage of 7-0 for first game. anyway it was a friendly match after all.

This is the 3rd time in this holiday itself that i visited downtown East. Had a game of DOTA with the juniors @ the lan shop.
Then again spam the arcade games lah..bishy bashy..time crisis..basketball ..daytona...and a lot more. Then x-boxing! played fifa 06 and dynasty warrior 4. the former was a pain in the ass..so difficult to manipulate the players with the console...the latter was much better...have the hang of it real fast within 15 mins of gameplay.

still left with 3 weeks of hols and apprently i have not settled down yet...its time to really start! Time and tide waits for no man so cherish time! jia you kambatta everyone!!!!!!!!!!!

Woah this blog has been stagnant for near to a week..its time to inject life into it again. Time is ticking..ticking so fast that unknowingly a month had passed. Over the past month, life can be considered hectic yet fun. Outings..schooling..Cip...chalet is what i am occupied with basically over the month. The hole in my pocket is also burning at an alarming rate. Been spending a lot..its time to cut down on expenses again.

2 cip projects
1st: 4-80 challenge
me and anna signed up for this event. well..it is basically a 4 km run plus 28 storeys up Far east Plaza. sounds challenging but it can actually be accomplished quite easily. Contestants from all walks of life responded to this event and the race kicked off from Heerens. On and on the contestanst ran..pitting their stamina against their breath. The whole highlight of the event was not actually the arrival of the guest of honour Miss Idragni but actually the limelight falls upon a mere 10 yr old kid who actually completed the race in 21 mins and clinching a third placing beating NS men and other potential winners. feel so bad for undermining the kid's capabilities.
I must say the YEC members are really friendly and engaging. Thanks for all your support and compliments. Really enjoyed it.

2nd: Jerry Yan Spore sharing session
Jerry Yan.............Did you ponder upon this name before? If you havent you must be outdated. This guy here is a member of F4 band and has a wide pool of fan base throughout the world. A charasmatic and smart-looking guy is how he carries himself and attract the crowd. He comes to Singapore this time round not for any commercial purposes but rather share his experiences in Mongolia. I totally agree with what he said in the interview which i think persist in today's celebrities society. In today's world, many celebrities are blinded by fame and losing themselves. In my opinion, fame just brings about public approbation and nothing else. what celebs should do is to enage in more meaningful activities and not just about gaining fame. Glancing through the order list for Jerry's item i could see pple squandering as much as $3000 over dollars on his merchandise. Craze, mania? no comments.

"HSBC" ended distrastrously. It was both emotionally and mentally evoking. suffered quite a bad hit before recovering. The chemistry involved in weaving pixels of joy was painstaking yet memoriable. If ever that move was not made, everything would just be smooth sailing. It was a pity...it was a optimistic and fruitful start but it just ended like that.
Just like in the stock market, share prices were hitting all time high but after which it just plunged to set low records.

Burnt out............

Went cycling @ east coast park. Just a few hours of exposure to sunlight and i am now tanned. Cycled for 2 hours. Initially wanted to go canoeing but dropped the idea because we were far too tired. We were racing all the while. I must applaude sharon for her braveness. Even though she injured herself quite badly but she still put up a strong front and the way she attend to her injuries was a bit harsh and funny. AND we saw "Leny's mum" oh gosh never in my life have i seen 2 people so alike.
Slowly we walked to Parkway parade from East coast. Sharon brought us to this playground where they provide different "modified gym machines". spent quite a bit of time there. Then head off to Katong mall to play DOTA. Wanted to play CS but surprisingly the lan shop doesnt provide.

Upcoming next, i will be embarking on 2 CIP projects. Since i missed the Sikkim India OCIP trip, i should cherish this given opportunity. got to attend 2 briefing sessions consecutively. dead!
Cant we have more than 24 hours a day? .........

It wasnt the usual lecture i attended today. Today's lecture was mere gossiping and fooling around. Surprisingly, after the Chem lecture, only 3 pathetic souls from our class were left to rot in the LT. Econs lecture today was a totally different experience...xceptionally engaging and interactive! esp when you see bong in action. we were laughing our heads off!!

Class steamboat @ Marina

Guess what..Liu xiao jie was the first to reach surprisingly!! The turnout rate was relatively ok..approximately 14 plus Mr Victor! Haha. As typical Singaporeans shan and big wei never fail to grab mouthwatering food. For a period of time, we are like participating in grab-the-food comeptition. Well, the sizzling hot oil oozing out from the magarine was creating hell for me but thinking that i could churn out good food from the oil makes me drop the idea. Keep bombing liu xiao jie about the An Mo Yuan!! serve him right and left lor! Who ask him to gay with me. yeeks.

After hours of blabbering + eating, we went to play pool. Pool will soon be my 3rd hangout place cause i have made quite frequent visits recently. Skills displayed by Mr victor was really superb..clearing tables for most of the time. It was real fun and interactive! There was 1 table which took us quite some time to clear but all thanks to xuan for clearing! spent like 20 mins on that game.

Before that we went to play arcade!! Well, this time round no basketball for me! It was purely looking at xuan sharon and victor Playing bishy bashy. A nice game though for one to vent out anger. The buttons are just so qian bian. Xuan was damn zai..in all the previous games, he has been winning..no wonder wanna challenge me! ROAR. Then go daytona-ing. Was leading in the first game but then came the car crashing head-on with me. then became 5th but next round became champion again. HUrray!! Mr victor was also very zai in Bishy bashy! he excel in everything lah in other words.

Then with draggy feets and lethargic body, we went home. It was already striking 1130pm. Reached home at 1210am. Wohoo! Tomolo still Got school.

3D / 2 N CHALET

I must say the S14 chalet was indeed a success especially the BBQ night where more than 30 pple turned up. The overwhelming response seemingly injected life into the dead silence of the night.

Day 1
Was released late from OP. Ended off at around 1 plus. waited for the free shuttle bus to Costa sands for about 1 hour!!! then came the bus and i saw a gang of s14 pple. Never have i dreamt that the guy who stood behind me and also waited for around 1 hour was from S14. We were like strangers staring at each other occasionally. Haa. but i must admit weiquan is a super nice and friendly guy. make frens with him within 1 hour.
I was crazy over UNO, card games and also MAHJONG. Played rounds and rounds of UNO with eileen, cheryl, kelly and Yan qin. We WERE SUPER CRAZY. Haha had a MAHJONG exchange with Wenhao and gang. Won quite a few rounds. Think can be professional player liao..oops!
Went to watch sunrise at the breakwaters off the shore of Pasir Ris beach but to no avail.
and Day 1 marks the day without any sleep. 24 hours awake and my eyes were still wide open and refreshed.

Day 2
Wanted to go play arcade early in the morning but it is still not open. so me, yanqin and kelly were bored to death cause apparently we couldnt find anyone to do. Meanwhile, Eileen was so preoccupied with her book..so engrossed. Set off to Downtown East in the afternoon for lunch after which went arcade to play. Actually had a lot of games in mind to play but in the end i ended up playing basketball game. Me, yan qin and kelly were crazy over the BB game, played a total of 5 rounds . Haikal and gang were pros..hitting record high of 320. Haikal is also a super nice guy!
Then played pool with Matthew and gang. As night starts to fall, the BBQ commenced. 30 plus ple turned up. Had a few crapping sessions with many like Liu pu..yongchun. Haiz .. didnt get to scare Cheryl during her toilet visits! had a few rounds of UNO with cheryl and gang. As we played, we watched Project superstar, it was damn funny and so entertaining!
and Cheryl please stop drawing all the +4 / + 2 cards. Argh!!
Celebrated Haikal's birthday! Thanks to the organisers for making this event such a success!

This is the fifth time my group is running an OP rehearsal. Well everything was quite smooth sailing. Thanks to shan for your comments for my OP slides. I really appreciated that. Went with Grace and Karmen to dine at Delifrance lah. Intially had the idea of going to B box to sing but unfortunately it wasnt open yet. It was still quite long from their Vball training time so we decided to walk round Toa payoh central hub and the shops.

Went with jion and jon to K box to sing! Hurray. It has been long since we met up for K box session. Unfortunately Xavier couldnt make it. Started off with songs from Jay and Angela with no warm-ups. The momentum just kicked in as we sang more and more. As bitchy as ever, jon pitted her voice to sing Mariah Carey and A*Mei songs. Haha. The 4 hours spent was really fun and interactive. Gossiping and singing..we cherished every minute. and jon just squandered his money away by ordering a lemon barley for $6 where it could be bought at only $1 at food court. With his shorts as short as ever, jon never failed to display his beautiful and sexy legs. HaHa. After the session, we went shopping round Marina square. and this is the 8th time i have shopped round M sqaure. should know the place inside out already.

forced myself out of bed just to come school to hand in final I & R. Everyone seems to be very tensed..doesnt seem to be the usual self. One after another!!

First was Gelare..then it was Swensen..after which Delifrance..then Ke Kou wei (PS)...these few days my meals have been extraordinary...or should i say different from my normal meals at food court or at home..Have been dining in at these restaurants where i seldom stepped into in my whole life. Well, after these few rounds of visit, i think my perspective change. Dining at these places is a delightful experience but it burns many holes in my pocket. Oh yea and Carl's Junior for chilling!! Thanks to yuda for this terminology. Hahaz.

CNNY Movie outing @ Vivocity

WaHaha.. first outing ever since i joined CNNY. initially thought it was some filming stuff but in the end it was just an outing after all. Went to Vivocity with Pan fong and on the way we talked non-stop ..Haha..it was both engaging and fun! met up with our teacher-in -charge. and we were late by 15 mins cause caught up by the OP stuff. Watched "Singapore story" for free..yea..school pay for the tics! The movie was so funny that i nearly fall off my chair...at the end of the movie, Pan fong was actually touched to tears...but seriously speaking apart from the hokkien language used, the movie was actually touching...

Movie @ PS

Went Plaza Sing to catch a movie with my class.. Haas!! AND please everyone dont watch this movie "The inconvienient truth" It is bloody boring..sounds more like a geog lecture rather than a movie! Haha all thanks to me and yan nee lor..we were blinded by the captivating captions and for the word "Warning". In the end we watched 3 movies for $7.50. Now let me narrate the whole procedure

Initially was in hall 2 watching inconvienient truth then we waited cherishing the feeble hope that things will churn out to be better..hopeful that it will assort to our appeal..however it didnt..we were stuck to this stupid geog lecturer for bloody 20 minutes. Then we hurriedly scrambled to hall 3..and guess what we didnt know that it was an M18 movie..oops..we sat there for like another 25 minutes..anyway the movie was the Oh-in-ohio. [Occasion crude language].
Then made way to Hall 4 to watch Daed or Alive and stay put there all the way till the movie ended. In conclusion, DOA was the best! We were simply apologetic for the disruption and noise created from the movement here and there in the cinema. :P and guess how wc was dressed! Haha..cut his jeans off into 3/4 pants..and he looked damn funny! aiya..never take his pics.if not can show out! oops.

Hectic week!

Have been very packed with stuffs these few days. Besides PW, still have a lot of other commitments and appointments. Haha..thanks to Yan nee for lending me the Gong CD..i think i am now crazy over it..even my blog skin is also Gong. Or should i say everyone is crazy over it cause apprently quite a no of pple put it as display pic.

Oh yea...I am still considering to be OGL for next year orientation cause my classmates strongly recommended. wah next week gonna be a busy week cause still have lots of stuffs awaiting me plus PW technical dry run. I think i am going crazy. I guess this is the way of life i wanna lived and not a life filled with emptiness which makes me die of boredom and stare blankly at the 4 dead walls..

I am really fed up with PW. WR and OP were taxing!! I couldnt take a breather and i nearly gave up plus the fact that our pw tutor caused so much inconvienience for us, i was really totally pissed. Have been rushing PW over the last few nights so to perfect it.

Intensive Workout!

Intensive Gym training today! Haha. On monday did once liao..so wednesday another time. HAVE TO REST for 1 day..Yep ran a total of 4.5 km on treadmill...did benchpress....and bicep curls..and many other machines which train upper body...
Principal talk today was funny..It was exciting especially when there was a dispute between Po boon and Ben Chia. These 2 are outspoken pple who carries themselves well. But ben chia may be overagressive and i think its too much of him to actually speak in heavily loaded language.
pW Tutorial here and then throughout the day! and i have 6 missed calls of Mr victor's phone and i am really apologetic. Luckily he sounded alright when i called back.

Yep now deadbeaten liao! Feel like lying down on bed and sleep but no choice got to rish WR!! See you all soon!

M. Square + BJ

Went window shopping with Hang today! Shop from citylink mall to marina sqaure all the way to Bugis Junction. Haha..this is the first time i have been so crazy over shopping. Initially was buying the idea of going Vivocity but only 60% of the retail outlets are opened so we dropped the idea. But will visit there once all retail outlets are opened.
Then we dine in at Gelare..with special recommendation by hang..we ordered waffles. It is really nice....far fetch from those found in the confectionary shops. It goes @ $3 instead of the usual 6 bucks. and hang ordered ice cream topping..with 1 scoop @ $2.50 dunno wad to say liao..
Then went to Bugis street hopeful that i could buy my dream bag but in the end didnt buy. Haha.,realli fun shopping especially when we talk as we walk. Full of crap here and then.

Outing PB EXCOS

Had whole day of outing with the PB EXCOs. Haha...went to play soccer @ AJ first although the haze was like quite serious hitting an all time high of 130. Wasnt aware of that until i saw the news. Han Yang slacker again wo! sit down for most of the time! Haha...Then after that went to NYP eat and we saw Chun Kiat!!! Had a good chat with him and he showed us some video clips put up by professional dancers...Dio stunned by them!! Then went to Grassroot club, hopping that we could have a few games of Bowling...but to our disappointment it was close down. I think most probably becos of renovation. and we actually witnessed a married couple marriage instead...sitting on scooter and driving into the dining hall. What a way to hold a marriage! So we could only resort to playing some Arcade games before going to play pool. Played time crisis and Daytona...and for goodness sick the stupid machine was not functioning well...some faults lar..and cause me to keep losing...when usually i owned the game!!

After which proceed to Novena Square and United square. Again we went Macs. ordered drinks again. Oh no!! i think i am growin fatter le..High intake of sugar and fats! dead!

Hell day!

Why is my life so miserable? why why? argh. Never would i expect myself to babysit a 5 yr old kid....Oh my god....i have to run up and down just to prevent you from destroying my things and can you please stop IT!!! I BEG you!! PLease. i am really at the verge of jumping off the building!! You stupid fool! The kid is giving me problems...i hated it! really no mischevious kids in my sight! Shoo off! away you go and off my sight. i remebered another time when i was shopping halfway with alvin and justin, and my aunt actually called me again to babysit the child. Wad the hell!! Spoil my day! troublemaker..troublesome fool!!

It was until the time when the kid was tired and resting sleeping soundly can i really relax and sit down properly. Looking after him is like worse than running a 10km marathon!! rARHH.

1 whole day of fun and laughter!
Went ice skating..first time skating...the thought of me slumping on my butt just sent a chill down my back! It wasnt easy to master! Haha..but thanks shiyi for giving me the assurance! Haha..I was better in it..i fell 5 times in total! The ice skating shoes was tight and heavy..now i have blisters over my toes and back..Argh!
Oh i met sandhil there too! Haha..it was such a coincidence! In the ice skating ring, many were skating gracefully...professionals..pple were sitting by the side enjoying the "show!" Was surprised that Jia hui skated quite well cause she kept claiming that this was only her second time..and Yan nee argh...gave up after 1 skate round the ring...no matter how hard we persuade but still fell on deaf ears! HahA! yep i managed to curb my phobia and give it all out..my first try..first time round of course i need the assistance of the support by the side! after which i slowly let go and yeah...i am getting the hang of it already! in and out we swerve past people..occassionally stumbled upon real professionals cause of their stuning acts! It was quite fun though!

After that we went to catch a movie 宝贝计划 by jackie chan and louis Khoo. Haha..the baby in the movie was so adorable and cute..feel like pinching the face..and oops...we toppled our popcorn and lining the stairs were not only lights but also bits and crisps of popcorn. It was a bit embarrased but we acted normal. Suddenly came this hp ringing ludly in the cinema..we were quite annoyed cause the lady kept saying "Hello!" for like 10 times and we have to do some sounds to alert her.

After which took taxi back home..4 of us...amounts to $20. After the taxi fare hike,

MI, Binomial, inequalities, differentiation... was ok! This time round we have 2 major questions on Graphing! NO CARELESS MISTAKES please!!

Physics
MCQ was taxing for me cause 40 questions in 1 hour 15 mins would mean i have to go at a lightning speed of 1 min plus for each question which is impossible considering the time to analyse the questions and also the lengthy workings you have to go through! Taxing! Stressful too! every bit of time have to be chreished! But the difficulty was alright! its the time! TIME.....time and tide always waits for no man! why couldnt i cathc up with yoou..Mr time! though i am already trying my level best! ARGH

Paper 3 was alright. Now on Paper 2~. Oh my god...never in my life have i seen this kind of difficult paper...60 marks in total. and the best thing is that Mr sim could actually address us with a grin on his cunning face. the whole level was cursing the paper....Now physics could only beg on Paper 1 and 2 which constitutes 62.5% of the paper.

Chemistry
MCQ is always giving me a headache. This time round, again it was time that is playing a trick on me.

Teacher's Day celebration!!!

Woah...surprisingly our school's teacher's day celebration was set off with a high tone hosted by 2 hilarious comedian (noticed i didnt address them as host cause they were just too comical)...Tsk...Both of them looked like Osama..after which we had a teacher-student dressing competition. then a picnic where the class will bond and blabber while munching on food...A few more events which were commendable. Overall, thumbs up for the whole event!!! At least this time round, we were not greeted by musical performing groups again. Not another viscious cycle of torture and torment. Phew!!

Hmm was informed that the teachers back in Cat high would be leaving school at 11 but unfortunately our whole event ends at 11 itself. Argh..no choice miss the chance of visit. So headed straight to J8 to meet up with friends. Woah...saw a lot of ex-cathigh-ians. after lunch at j8. head off to Grassroot club for a game of bowling. Unfortunately FULLY BOOKED. Then to pool room. FULLY BOOKED. Haiz..No choice....head off to Lester's house. Zi hao taught me BRIDGE and i managed to master it after few rounds of games. Thanks man!! The game of bridge reminds me of my first time experience where me, shawn, wilson, xing zhi and fei jie played together. Haha..

Went to hydro-farm with wc, sharon and leny. Had 1 whole day of great fun.... Haha...Well the farm was located at Yishun surprisingly. Hmm..hidden corner of yishun..yet enuff time for me to explore...Upon reaching, we had to register our names in data log book. One glance and i saw a list of students from all over Spore visiting this so called "deserted place". Haha..me and wc constantly scared sharon off with the "lizard thingy' So happened to know that she was actually afraid of lizard. Oops...Haha....we wandered round the farm....staring at butthead lettuce, spinach, kang kong and various veggies....

31 days to Promos!! As the days drew nearer, my phobia gets more intense. I am totally lost..really lost...The engine of mine just refuse to start working!! I have to settle down and this is what i always told myself everyday and everytime!! The syllabus isnt easy to cope with, considering the fact that we have papers like chem and maths in 1 day itself. Time!! time!! I need ample time to prepare but it seems that i always draw my attention away to distractions! Piles of tutorials and lecture notes are awaiting me....Spore education system is just too inflexible..up to the extent of making exams as the determining factor to success!! ARGH!! Settle down!!

K boxing @ Big Mac

Have one whole day of fun at K Box with shiyi and zihao...Here, i must STRONGLY recommend the service provided at AMK K box. The K Box personnel were all very welcoming and polite. and guess what we sang for as long as 5 hours without being chased out at all. This was unlike the previoous few times where we got chased off when time was up. mAYBE its because we ordered side orders (Crab meat, fries). WahHa!! We really appreciated the service provided by the K box personnels. If ever Sinagpore's service sector could be comparable to this kind of standard, i think it would have brought about a better impression for the tourists arriving at the doorsteps of spore. We sang and beside that we took a lot of photos...erm some were erm...Haha lost for words.....

Technology has successfully kept up with the pace of meeting human needs through creative process of design and construction and has changed our lives dramatically. Indeed this is true and applicable to our daily lives but guess what Technology has one way or another affect our school life. How?? Now in the GC, games could be installed such as hot favourites like Super Mario Land, Pacman and Bubble Bobble. We rather fix our attention on these games rather than listening to the lecturer's blabbering non-stop. Not only that haha recently we have found out that Pokemon could also be installed in the phone. Woots!! It is comparable to that of the gameboy. Bimbotic Clique!!

Lol..as usual me, xw, grace, jia hui, xuan, yn and hs went to Far east to shop again. Wahaha..Far east has become our favourite hangout place..Oh yeah and we also ordered our class tee from there too! Thereafter we went to Taka to shop for stuffs and accessories but in the end none of the things caught our attention and satisfy our appeals. we went to this cafe at the basement of heeren to "camp" there cause for once we lost our interest in shopping. Sat there and chitchatted for quite some time. Then came this big gust of wind which blew in the direction of hui shan and at that point of time, her hair was unkempt just like a "mophead". Everyone of us was like laughing at her for her unkempt hair. Then went to Kinokuniya cafe to order some side dishes specially recommended by Hui shan cause she kept claiming that it was really nice but it turn out to be alright for us although it doesnt really look appealing in the menu. haha.

National Day Round-the-island donation drive

Early in the morn at 6 plus i reached school. The usually quiet CCA block was suddenly revitalised with life..filled with noise and laughters..the whole block seemed to be boosted with activities.. Many pple are busy preparing for the National Day Celebs. Started off the day with a March-past Ceremony and kicked off the day with the ROUND THE ISLAND DONATION DRIVE. woots!! We were assigned to the Boon Keng-Little India-Farrer Park Area. Well just on transportation itself, it has already cost me near to 5 bucks.

We were well known for being 'Kiasu' Singaporeans!! No choice...Poaching for potential candidates for donation here and then..hoping to be the class with the heaviest donation tin. Haha. Oh yeah even taxi drivers also become our bait for donation. Well, we met an old man on his bike on our way and guess what he forked out a pile of $2 notes and gave it to us generously. Me, grace and kumar was one of the most 'kiasu' gang of all. Well, i have already get used to being rejected by pple and the various sorts of plausible excuses which pple would give upon asking for donation. Of the pple we met, i think the elderlys were the most generous ones. only 1 to 2 that we approached was unwilling to donate.

At the weighing counter, our tins amounted to 10.2 kg. Hurray!! Well, a sense of accomplishment could be seen on many faces. Meaningful and fruitful is all i felt for today!!

Minister-Youth Talk --

It has been a long time since i come face to face with ministers. The previous encounter i had was with Mr Chan Soo sen during Meet-the-people session at the Joo chiat Constituency. Casually dressed and putting up a friendly smile, the 2 ministers march into LT4 with pride. The minister-youth talk started off with a spark too explosive and intense for anyone to douse it. Heated and heavily loaded conversation was engaged , making the atmosphere so tense and horrifying. The first student who came up to make his verse was far too daring...crude finger gestures and heavily loaded words was how he carried himself in front of the public.

A few Questions posted were as such:
Do you think Singapore is a democratic country? Why are you choosing PAP instead of other parties to join? How are you willing to sacrifice your time for the benefits of the public? Do you think teens should be more involved in the world of politics? Etc.....................

Well, the tense atmosphere was slightly put off by comical remarks made by the 2 ministers as they started blabbering about their old days...How they meet their wives? How they managed to woo girls successfully etc......Subsequent questions directed were not bad though. It was indeed a fruitful experience! although i am not interested in politics at all, but it is fun and fascinating to see how people engage in heated arguments and how the ministers communicate with the youths!!

Seconds, minutes, hours ticking by??

Woah..1 more day and jULY will come to an end. 7 months had passed so fast..too fast indeed for me to react and reflect. Tutorials after tutorials are piling up and lecturers are going at lightning speed....The pace of school life have become too hasty and tedious for me to catch up. Its time for me to regenerate myself to move on further!!

Well went to Gym today with some frens to do weights lifting and some pull-ups. Oh yea today we were given a talk by our very own principal Mr quek on the review of the cohort's mid year results. Aparrently this talk serves as a wake up call for many of us. Well those who were in the top 3% of the cohort were given the honour of acknowledgement for the effort they have put in. Yue kiat was the first in the cohort attaining 2 straight As and 1 B for H2 subjects.

Had another round of afternoon PE today!! Did 4 rounds of warm up and 24 pull-ups at one-go. This time round the pain was not so excruitiating anymore, just a tinge of pain in the hands here and then. Guess what when i was about to make my way home from the mrt station, i saw Chun kiat..Haven met him for long..miss those times that we travelled to school together and the moments when we kept blabbering non-stop on the journey to school. Yep we went to the food court and sat down to talked non-stop for like 1 hour plus. Was indeed a fruitful day!! Yeah:)

Woots! Today was racial harmony celebration. Well, the response garnered from our class was quite good. Almost all the girls wore traditional costume. Well couldnt join my class for morn assembly cause i was on duty for CNNY. I could have worn traditional costume.

Saturday
Bashing @ Palawan
Woah Saturday was a fun and exciting day. It was Nas birthday bash. But in the morn I have to go to school to attend a training course for class committe EXCO. Well, i was the IT rep, apparently the most impt role in school cause our school depends heavily on IT technical stuffs. Haha. Hmm was taught a lot of AVA stuffs which was considered an eye-opener for me. and Guess what Hui shan was late again. She just cant be punctual. Dunno why maybe too busy mopping the floor..!! Oops..Haha...After which we proceeded to J8 to meet up with Xuewei and gang. We bought a perfume for NAS, all thanks to Grace recommendation. Jonathan was the first to reach Palawan Beach. Well, we played volleyball and water-activities. Initially we had the idea of kayaking but later dropped the idea cause it was far too expensive.
2 man Kayak ($24 an hour)
Spent most of time in the water playing along with the guys. Argh...Grace could not join us for most of the activities cause she sprained her leg....After which we left Sentosa and went to Harbour Front centre to have our dinner.

Finally we cant escape the clutches of the PE Dept...We have to go for afternoon PE which we always didnt turn up. Well, started off with 2 rounds of warm up and then consecutively do 24 pull-ups..then went to gym to train.

Wednesday
Fianlly started off with a proper CCA--CNNY. If you are still trying to decipher what it is..i shall not hesitate to tell you that it is CNA's mirror-image. Went with Yan nee for CNNY. We were considered quite early cause in the CCA room itself there are only a few souls. We waited and waited and finally the CCA commenced which was way off the actual timing. Well, we were taught some V-filming techniques through 3 short video clips. Yeah and later on we were divided into groups for filming.

2. Campus DV competition

Yeah me and shiyi was in the same group for filming but unfortunately our group all consists of newbies..so i guessed we might not be able to make much of a progress...but i believe With determination comes the great success...So i shall have faith and confidence!!!!

Opportunity Cost??

Well an eventful day awaits me cause there are so many things happening today.

1. NJ Harmonica and Angkluang Concert.
Initially i could go down to support Matthew and Eileen. But i heard from Eileen that tickets were sold out. At that point of time i was a bit disappointed cause i culdnt go down to support them and meet up with them. Then i received another call..an outing expected tomolo..so i agreed since i cant go for the NJ concert. Sometime around late afternoon i received a message from eileen telling me that she could help me grab tics...argh!! I was so sorry to disappoint her cause i had an appointment already. But i know Eileen is a nice girl and kind-hearted so i assume she would forgive me. Haha. Anyway it was a very successful event and it ended off with overwhelming responses from the crowd. Great Job eileen and matt!! You have done us proud.

2. CH Music Awards 2006
Well, from the feedbacks gathered ,CH music awards have lose their appeal to the crowd. Haha Jion and some of my other frens claim that it was much more boring as compared to previous years.

3. Squash + Movie outing
Well, today had a game of squash with grace, weilong and yuxuan. Well, squash was indeed fun to play..I juz couldnt resist my temptation of playing...Well pple always say "Beginner's Luck" and i guess it works just right for me. After that went to catch the movie :Pirates of the Carribean with Jiahui, yan nee and xuewei". A must-watch Movie!! woah you can imagine sitting on the cinema seats watching the movie without even having a second of rest for the eyes...Your attention are just being drawn to the movie screen and things seem to be oblivious around you despite great commotions which arising in the cinema. This shows how powerful and professional the film makers and producers are.

Well in summary i have catched 3 movies already for the past 2 weeks

Today long day for me.....CHEM Practical ended so late at 4:15 instead of the usual 3:45pm. Cause we are like fumbling with the first Energetics experiment to be carried out and the teacher was like screaming her heads off.....2 thermometers were being broken...Poor hui shan and xuewei...1 lab thermometer costs around $20. Very expensive though...

Then caught up for Pw thingy for the survey stuff. Initially wanted to catch the clique movie outing @ Suntec but couldnt make it in time. But from the responses of the cliques, i think i am really going to watch Pirates of the Carribean alreadi. It is a MUST WATCH MOVIE.

Sports Carnival 2006 07-06-06
Champion House: Dragon)

Today is Sports Carnival 2006!! Well as compared to Cat high's sports day, this sports Carnival is far too boring. People are just sitting down on the grandstand watching the show. No one went near to the track to support their houses. Few pple cheered and everyone was just dying of boredom. Well, it ended off fast at around 9 plus. Then after that went out with xw, yx, hs and yn to town. We headed to Far east Plaza first. Then came to this tatoo store. Was shocked by the newspaper report which was pasted at a corner of the shop.

Then went to Burger king to eat and we saw this man making different figures and shapes from the balloons. It was really fantastic. It just captured attention from the crowd inside Burger King. Then proceeded to SHAW HOUSE to catch movie yet again. This time round was
Re-cycle (another horror movie). Well noticed that this season got quite a lot of horror movies and it just suit my taste and preferences cause i jus like horror stuffs. and whats funny about the movie ticketing counter is that it loks like the registration counter at the Malaysia Custom. We couldnt help laughing our heads off. The cinema was quite big and only 10 plus pple were watching the movie. The movie was really eye-catching and intensifying, Keeping us constantly in suspense. Haha..guess what xue wei and yan nee kept jumping off their seats..cause the movie had disturbing scenes which totally caught them unaware.

Then went back to Far East to shop and also to take Neoprint. Oh my god..guess what.. i saw 17 out of the 18 JCs there...All the students from the repective JCs were spotted except for Tampines JC. NJ gang was the largest group i seen. Oh yes, and i saw My NJ frens..Hui Juin, Yu quan, Ellane, su min and jennifer....Haha..they are still the same as before..so talkative and joyful. 1 more clique i saw too...Haha...Le xian and Zhiwen...Haha...zhi wen still with his chubby chibby face and le xian still as cool and comical as b4.

Came to this shop which sells t-shirts and jerseys. Then decided to take photos of the designs and show to our class on Monday. Yes, great!! Our class t-shirt will be made soon, longed to have one.

Movie..Bowling..Pool??

After school, went with my class to catch the Scary Movie 4 . As the word scary suggests, the movie should be horrifying and breath-gasping but it turned out to be like a comedy show. Here and there, scenes of clumsiness and stupidity could be seen, sending us laughing away in our seats. In the whole cinema, we had the loudest laughter. Then we proceeded to TP Safra wanting to sing but to our disgust, the shop wasnt open yet. So we decided to play pool in the end. after an hour of game, then we proceeded to play bowling. Had 3 games. My highest score was 132. Hehe..nearly Got a turkey..but haiz the last pin just wouldnt fall even though i kept stamping on the ground. Tiring day indeed!!

MID-YR Phobia
(23 to 28 June 06)

This whole week had really been taxing and mind-boggling. Litres of brain juice are being wasted just to regurgitate what we have studied for Mid-years. Well, lets start off with GP.

GP
Well as expected I did not study for this subject at all just did the majority. Out of the papers, Gp is the easiest. Your mind can be running wildly, trying to garner ideas for the storyline. As usual i challenged myself to writing Argumentative essay which the minority did for my choice of question. And this time round, for the compre vocabulary section, it is the first time i feel that the words are all so familiar and scoring 4 out of 5 should be not much of a problem. Hmm..the compre we had was really an eye-opener..it is just different from what we had back in sec education.

Maths
Well, i could say this paper is the toughest. This paper is also the paper which many pple created a woo-ha out of it, cursing the level of difficulty. Well, time management is a key factor here. Majority couldnt finish the paper in time. Pple were starting to get off their feets for the last 10 minutes.

Chemistry
Hmm..Content-based. Many things to memorise..The paper was quite manageable except for some tricky parts here and there. Many things to write and essay-length answers just apppeared on pages of my answer booklet.

Physics
Another subject which pple kept complaining about. The MCQ was seriously tough. 30 minutes for 15 questions which was a mission impossible. The structured was also quite tough.

Education a blessing or a menace?

Gone are the days of lazing around...Took a glance at the calender, Oh gosh..just 2 more days b4 General Paper Mid yr. Chem had been a brainrecking subject for me...so many things to memorise and regurgitate....have been squandering away my time and devoting them to Singapore idol, Superband and WC. Everytime i would question myself..Are examinations in Singapore really applicable in real-life society? We studied for the purpose of what? Well, i really think Singapore should embark on more programmes like Through-train programmes and IB. The diversity and flexibility of our Singapore education is too far fetched as compared to countries like US and British...I think singapore has been blinded by the reality of examinations...we study for the sake of passing a particular test and scoring well..so as to get a good cert and get a job! Thats all!! Arent we defeating the purpose of eduaction...In singapore context, most of the jobs normally do not require any knowledge yield from pri to jc education..so are we going to say that these years of education and effort have been all rushed down the drain? Over these years, millions of brain cells have been killed and pressure had been piling up and We have successfully conquered our obstacles and pull through. We did it but is that satisfying enuff..mentality of just finishing the education cycle fast still stands strong..actually we are not enjoying education! Survey had shown that 8 out of 10 students dont really enjoy education here in singapore...So let us see whats up installed for Spore's education in the future upcmong years..

CIP (30 hours of famine)

Hey hey today me, nina and annarine went to do some cip....!! We were considered part of the 30 hour famine programme just that we are not campers but volunteers..Went round the Tampines area to collect old newspaper and clothings...Was surprised to see Fang Min on TV too when she was interviewed!! It was such a coincidence that she was also in this programme!! Our dear nina was late so in the end me and annarine went to do the cip. It was really meaninful and i bet our public relation skills were not bad though..Haha..the response garnered from the residents there was quite good...we collected quite a no of items...Me and annarine cleared a total of 100 plus flats by ourselves. While waiting for me, annarine was busy mugging her econs..Oh my gosh!! Haha..so hardworking!! Hmm from what i know, the response from the volunteers was really bad..really terribly bad..After finishing the cip which we efiiciently cmpleted in 1 hour time, we went to tampines mall....

Upon reaching there, Annarine was like mesmerised by the fashion and concept stores there cause all the shops look just so appealing for her....Went around to look for eatery but in the end we still ended up at Mcdonalds...Annarine wanted to mug initially but she just couldnt resist the temtation of shopping around the mall so we went on a shopping spree.....

After which we met up with Nina at Orchard Mrt before proceeding to Far East Plaza. Nina had been eyeing a bag for long liao...so now she went there and bought her bag...Me and annarine kept giving her stupid comments on her bag and guess what she stood in front of the mirror for like 20 mins and still couldnt decide her favourite colour...Hhaa!! We were like laughing our heads off in the store..Finally she bought a brown bag!! and we went shopping round Orchard..after which i brought them to Heeren....but b4 that, Nina brought us to an eatery which is well known for their bao dian and xiao chi. Nina treated us!! yeah!!

Then at Heeren, guess what i saw my NCC junior Jonathan!! He was dressed so formally lah...Level after level we weaved through shops and there were just so many things to buy!! But i told myself i have to restrict my budget......Then we went Cineleisure Subway and annarine bought us cookies!! They just tasted delicious!! Then it was time to part cause each of us got commitments!! It was really a wonderful and eventful day!! and guess what.. more cip will be awaiting us to do in future!! Haha!!

P4F outing @ BPP

This is the first outing that i went that is not in the town...surprisingly!! Went superbowl to have afew games of bowling...Wow!! I still could remember the last time i went BPP was like 3 years ago..now the shopping mall has made drastic changes..introducing more concept stores which is a good sign. Kicked off the game quite well with a 142..then after that dunno wad happen..my scrore was declining.!! during the intervals of the game, i observed a few players..their style of playing...tried to pick up..but failed..that explains the poor performance in my last game.

K Boxing!!

Oh yes it was yet another K bOx funtime. Met up with Jon, Jion and Xavier. Darryl got sumething on so couldnt turn up in the end. Wasted!!! It was Jons birthday today!! Met up with jion at Marina sqaure..we went round and round to shop for stuffs..and he shared with me a lot of interesting experiences back in Shanghai..As the saying goes: A picture speaks a thousand words..and indeed the photos that he took were so meaningful and fulfilling. Finally Jon came..with his Bitchy walking style as usual. Well inside the lounge, it was a EL VS CL song competition..me and jion dominating chinese..while they pick on english ones...As usual our dear jon still loves to challenge Mariah Carey songs..a good attempt i should say..although at times..the pitch just went off..The climax was when the birthday cake was delivered in..and loud as we sing...a birthday song to Jon. He was so touched but luckily didnt drop a single tear at all..Haha!!! The cake was delicious and mouth-watering!! Oh yar and we got quite pissed off with the personnel there..cause they were so punctual in chasing us out..so b4 leaving, we threw lemons and bits of crumps all over..haha!! and quickly ran away from the place!! Hoping that they couldnt catch us in time!!

Hurray!! Finally our very own Physics Tutor is getting married with Mr Jacob!! Miss Ng invited her 3 classes to the wedding..We were both excited and overjoyed!! Haha..b4 her wedding, i could still rmb how our class used to tease her with her husband...making her so bashful and withdrawn.. She would blush until her whole face got hot red!!
All the north people met up at AMK station before proceeding to the church....At one glance..Our class dressed quite formally...as compared to other classes..most of them with t-shirts and long pants...Met up with Jonathan, Jia hui, Irfan and Henry before entering the church...They went to the wrong church intially and were shocked that there were no one inside. Haha!! On the bus, i counted..there were a total of 5 churches there..!! Thats why lah..!! We were also quite stupid..the church was just rite in front of us..and we didnt notice it..and went down a steep slope to some other place...Haiz...!! Upon entering the church, I suddenly got the feeling of being enlightened..It was just so peaceful and calm. We were given a door gift each....a soap of different aromas...We chatted and chatted..suddenly the bell sounded.....I could see Miss Ng with her father at the entrance of the Church. As the soothing and enchanting music played accompanied by Meledious voices from our very own choir..Miss Ng marched in with her father. From her face, i could tell a thousands lines of meanings. Her graceful smile together with her wedding gown made her the Highlight of the day.. outshining everyone... When she bring out her hands to receive Mr Jaccob, i could see 2 souls with a single thought, 2 hearts beating as one..Everyone in the churched was moved and touched by that instant. After which the wedding ceremony proceeded with a number of singings and devotions.

The priest said: Now in the name of the father and the holy spirit, I declared Mr Jaccob and Miss Eunice Ng a married couple and that they would have the assurance of each other to depend on in the latter life. Upon finishing the sentence, everone stood up and clapped loudly!!

It is amazing at how small a price may the wedding ring be placed upon a worthless hand; but, by the beauty of our law, it is the sincerity and the assurances that each other gave that counts!!!

PW MEETING @ NLB

Woah our fantastic group met up for PW today!! Haha..early in the morning met Grace and Arch at yishun to go there. Haha..None of the group members prepared any research which was supposed to be done and brought to discuss except me and arch. But i have to clarify that Grace one was quite difficult to find though..cause of the statistics..I helped her source for info but to no avail. Before Henry arrived, we went shopping at Bugis Junction. Haha..Grace and me purposely ignored Arch when she tried to say something...and Grace claimed : " Am i hearing Ghost??" Oh my god....Haha..It was very funny and exciting. Then came Henry and we made our way to National Library..Haha..we thought it was quite far away and furthermore the weather was so unbearable so we decided to take a taxi.when we went onto the taxi and told the Uncle National Library....Guess what!!

He said (Pointing to the building which was a stone's throw away from us): Are you all mad? The National Library is just right in fornt only. Just walked a few minutes and you will reach!!! We were so embarrased at that pt of time. It was both embarrasing and funny!! Haha....Oh gosh..
We went to the receptionist to asked about our research topic and they directed us to the ref corner where books cannot be borrowed..Oh god..how are we supposed to take stuffs from in there!!! Only way: Photocopy. How? Cashcard..We bought a $7 cashcard and kept printing..cause the resources there were just so relevant to our project...and the troublesome thing is that we could not bring our bag or any other thing inside the library ref corner..and we had to share lockers in the end...and Our poor henry sacrificed his $2 note for twenty cents coins!!! and me and Arch were so obsessed with the fast rate at which the lift went...and we went all the way up to 14 th level and reach the ground floor!! Haha...after which me and arch went back..Poor Grace and henry still got trainings!! Quite tough lei....Matches all over liao..still got 2-3 trainings per week!!! Haiz..

K Boxing @ Marina Square

Went with shiyi, zi hao, Mole-ge, Roy and Yeow chern to sing our hearts out today at Marina Square. As usual Shiyi and me was the first to reach the station..and i bet with him that zi hao would be still at Jurong East Mrt Station and indeed the call made affirmed my betting..Haha..zi hao must be early next time k..Haha...!!....We pitted our voices against challenging songs by Jay, Ke you Lun, wu yue tian, shin yue tuan etc. And whats more installed for us was a stupid mike which malfunctions everytime we are about to sing..I got fed up and went to the counter to request for a change...And guess what the K box personnel came in with a grumpy face. Haiz..No choice...And this time round we are smarter..we took advantage of the $5 per bowl tidbits Free-flow and kept asking for more non-stop. Haha..there was once the K box personnel got quite fed up that he gave mole-ge 4 bowls at a go. Haha. Lol. There were quite a few funny incidents that we experienced there...and everyone of us were laughing our heads off...Mole-ge wwas wearing his pinkish SA shirt..and he claimed he just came from a basketball match in school?!! Oh my god...Haha..He was swatting all over..top part of his body drenched..We took out the Monkey which was given to mole as bb present to play with. Then we used the monkey to perform different sorts of stunts and some gruesome and digusting stuffs..Haha!!!

Straight away after school, i rushed to K box with yan nee and xue wei. We just love singing!! Haha...After that yu xuan and hui shan came to join us....It makes a difference between a $12 K box and a $9 B box...The ambience and service is just so different...We sang our hearts out...as we pit ourselves against challenging songs like ke you lun--Zero and some other rock and heavy metal music....and for 1 thing i notice..for all the english songs, the MTV are so LC and fake...As usual we were served with cups of drink and 3 bowls of tidbits which go at $5 bucks each..where we can buy outside at $0.30 per packet. This is like extorting our money lah...came to know that Yan nee is really a rich girl..like got $10000 plus in her bank account and everyday take taxi home one..haiz...the k box pple kept pestering us to buy their discount package of drink which go at $15 per mug..and free french fries. Obviously clever pple like me wouldnt have fall into their trap so easily but our dear maria who is a cheapo wanted it lor..luckily we stopped her....Poor maria!!

Thursday
After school, i met up with zi hao at Junction 8 to have lunch with him. We chatted non-stop..from the time we had lunch all the way to the journey back home....adding up to approximately 2 hours or more....wow!! Haha..we are just typical gossipers!!

Friday
Went back to library to return my overdued books...fearing that i would be blacklisted and fined an awesome sum of money. haha..After which In the morning, met up with yu xuan and Nas to buy the present for Miss Ng's wedding....we pondered for quite a while before yuxuan came up with a brilliant idea of giving her gift vouchers and a card...So we went to Metro to buy a $100 gift voucher, Flower Xpressions to buy a one-stalk bouquet and also a card where we presented our warmest wishes in it. The whole shpping spree took us less than an hour or so. So fast and efficient we are...then met up with shiyi and ah long in the library to study....wah ah long was like so kiasu, 1 whole stack of econs textbook piling up in front of me.....initially was engrossed in studying..but later started chatting with nick and shiyi...just couldnt resist the temptation of opening up my mouth...ah long was damn funny...giving comical comments about the pple round him....and shiyi finally enlightened me to join CNNY...thanks a lot...

Fridays

Finally the last day of school....Had our physics lesson in C2. The place where we had our first physics lesson...Memories started to flow back into reality...Our CT class celebrated all the May born babies together..a total of 4....after maths lecture, me and Nas rushed to the canteen to take the cake and light up the cake. Sang a happy birthday song to our 4 frens and i could see tears of joyfulness in their eyes. They are touched and their hearts melted by our wamth wishes. The cake was quite small in size..definitely not enuff for 24 pple iin our class...but Nas still managed to portion the cake into 24 pieces..dunno how she did it....
Wanted to play squash with yuxuan and weilong....nowadays addicted to squash alreadi..it is just so fun...but yan nee said wanted to catch a movie..so we went to Junction8. Me, xue wei and yan nee set off for J8...went to Pastsmania to eat....Then i received a call from our Dear Huishan saying that she has been locked out of house cause she forget about her keys..so absent-minded...haiz....maid Maria ma..no choice hor...haha....Jia hui and Grace was waiting for us ooutisde the cinema...We watched Over the hedge...a very nice movie...It showed us the creativity and inspiring thinkings of the various animals....laughters after luaghters could be heard from the kids in the cinema...OBVIOUSLY 1 GLANCE AND YOU WOULD KNOW WE ARE THE MINORITY ADOLESCENT watching the movie..surrounded and flooded by a pool of kids. Jia hui is the best man..I kept laughing at her....she is damn suai.....cause there is this bunch of kids sitting beside her(they had already watched the movie once b4..knew the whole storyline and they were narrating the whole story while the movie was being played..then jia hui was like cursing them...asking them to shut up and even blocking the kids from going to the toilets...poor kids..but serve them right...haha!!!

After which we went to B box....Must thank me hor...i recommended this place for singing...cheaper than K box obviously..the songs there nearly the same as K box...It is at Toa payoh Safra..service not bad..only thing it is quite dark..although it is for ambience sake but the gals were damn funny..screaming thier heads off whenever they came out of toilet...surprisingly the gals just took 1 minute in the toilet..!! But b4 reaching there, we have to thank Yan nee for making us take the wrong bus...it swerve to Thomson which would head later on to Clementi...all thanks to me again..cause i asked the bus driver..if not we would end up somewhere ulu....we were dropped at a juncture where there were flyovers, underpasses....crazy sia...vehicles surrounding us....we were totally lost..we decided to walk up to the flyover and take a risk...fortunately we were right.... it headed towards Toa Payoh.......

Haiz..what a tiring and so called adventurous day!!!

Funtasia 2006

Woah!!! Hurray!!! NJ FUNTASIA 2006!!! A successful one!!! I reached NJ at around 11:30. Received a call from Lester saying that he reached already. He is mad lar..reach so early at around 10. I pity all the organisers..they have to come like 7 plus to do the necessary preparations. Saw yuda, lester, yongwei, chiak ming and Zi hao. Was damn excited...talked to them for quite a while....But they left NJ after coming down just for an hour...and the lazy mole was still in bed at around 12 noon. OMG!! Lazy Pig!! S14 was the only stall that sell drinks...the response from the crowd was overwhelming indeed..everyone was very busy....Nina the best...go for PA duty and come back manning stall....I have to salute S14 pple..they are so organised and systematic...could see their team spirit and cooperation. Thumbs Up!! I spent 4 bucks at S14 stall..bought 2 soda from them. It was nice...!! and i brought all my frens to the stall too!! Hehe...After that came shawn, running away from His PA duty and slacking.....Later i saw Wanyi and Kelly...brought them round the school to see.cause they dunno where to head to...We came across this stall where pple pit their voice there using a DB meter to measure your voice....Screams and screams, shouts after shouts, everyone was screaming out their heads and lungs just for a Creative Zen Micro...Haiz...asked Wanyi to go shout...but she was so frightened and paiseh.....I think with her thunderous voice, she could just top the list and walked off with the Zen micro......after much persusaion she tried..but only got 132. Even her talking got her a 112.

OMG!!! We spent the coupons together ..and below is a summary of our expenditure:

1. $ 9 on the Sushi (which tasted horrible and really digusting)
2. $ 8 on the fries (which tasted like potatoes instead of fries...i might as well go buy 2 potatoes for only 80 cents form the market and made myself fries. Lol)

Then we went to see the NJ cyber games 2006 ACJC pitting themselves against tampines JC. They were playing DOTA....a close match. Was like preoccupied with talking rather than looking at the game and also enjoying the air-con.... Then i saw Wilson, exchanged warm hugs with him..cause didnt see him for long already...miss him a lot....Bunch and bunch of frens i saw...was getting very excited and high....Choon boon gave me a hard slam on my back and gave me a shock of my life..he brought me to his stall...A circuit system where you are supposed to use the remote control to manipulate the car round the track..avoiding obstacles.....have to complete the thing in 20 seconds b4 clicnhing the top prize of X BOX 360. OMG!! haha..heard that they knew no one would win the price..and they risk by putting a person's X BOX 360 there....you can imagine pple could actually complete in 20 seconds..and actually won the console..i think the person who contributed the console will start crying man!!! Oh yar passed by a soccer goal scoring stalll....set up by Wee wee. She kept persuading me to play....but i was too shy!! Haha!! Come on..it was a diffciult task too!! Scoring a ball into a tyre which was oscillating and somemore the hole was small... Saw Ah long with his bald hair...cool man!!! Thinking of his hair..made me think of Cat high pple...cause a lot of cat high juniors got that haircut cause they feel Hak boon will screw then upside dwon if their hair is long....so they might as well cut Botak!!! and Choon hang....!!! yea...he and his funny actions again1!
There was an anti-climaz corner where old books and Times magazines were sold..Omg!!! Only a few nerds visited that stall!! Lol. Oh yeah.....saw zhirui and liu pu....omg...all of us were damn ahppy and excited to see each other....haha....zhi rui with his big smile and liu pu with his cute face....!! Was walking with zihao, les and shawn, when suddenly i felt a tap...Omg!! It was fang min.....a long lost fren...what a coincidence!!! OMG..this funfair had created opportunities of meeting frens from all over the place.....Cool!! NY pple like Boson and shahid was also pple i bumped into!!! Lol..haha.....Then sounded the Upside down and Carwash///the massdance we had learnt over the past three months....cool!! I could see a big group of pple swaying to the music and dancing along....Haha!!

After the Funtasia, went with zi hao and lester to Orchard. Initally wanted to go there window shopping, but we spent time talking rather than looking. so we decided to go Mcdonalds; sit down and eat. me and zi hao was daring enuff to bring KFC over to MAC to eat..cause no place..no choice!!!

End here now.....quite a long entry...i think the longest ever...Not bad sia...Haha....Enjoyed myself thoroughly indeed.

Friday

Today was released at 1115 as usual. Our class wanted intially to go play Tennis but the rackets were all loaned out, so we had no choice to play sqush. Wow!! Squash was a nice and cool game to play!! Had a great game with jia hui, yu xuan, hui shan, yan nee and xue wei. Although a new beginner, i learnt fast especially with yu xuan the expert by my side. Yan nee was very funny, alwasy serving the ball in the wrong way. Treating it more like a badminton...was perspiring like hell although we played for just an hour plus. Now i can imagine yu xuan training for 3 consecutive hours--Non-stop!!! Later we went to the library to watch a horror movie.....halfway through i left cause i got to rush back NJ to meet my frens and get ticket from Yanqin. When i was on the overhead-bridge, i saw Shiyi. He is my saviour man....He told me to take 162 straight to NJ....luckily for him..if not i will be a stupid dumbo and take 3 rides before reaching NJ..and wasting 90 cents for unneccesary extra trip. Yan qin, eileen and cheryl was heading to Toa Payoh to buy stuffs for Funtasia..supposed to meet them in school..so waited for them to arrive first..met shawn teo and justin and talked to them for quite a long period of time.....S14 was doing sond dedication that day....So i went to dedicate a song (Shut Up) by Simple Plan to them. Haha....The dedication i wrote was specially for dinofairy, course and snow angel...The preparation work was quite smooth though although i can see that not much pple stay back to do preparations....After that went to play basketball with shawn and another guy.....then i proceeded back home...oh yar i was so happy that Ignis won!!! Cool!! Rock on Champion House!!

Really Bad experience!!

Today really got a bad experience man!!! Our class did not turn up for the 1st class photo shoot so we are supposed to go for the second one at the AVA room. GUess what, when we arrived, Nas asked " erm excuse me, are you the one in charge of taking our photo? " There was complete silence, no response at all. One glance and i knew that the guy had some kind of AP. Serious AP. Never mind. After that we went into the AVA room, and here he comes with his camera. Guess what he did not call out who to go for photo shoot first and he started shouting louldly at us like nobody's business..."Hello!! Can you all pls hurry up! Stop wasting my time!! You all dont wanna take then dont take...Out!! Out!!! " Oh my god, i got a shock of my life. Human beings are actually treated like that..Haiz//thats quite saddening...

Oh yep today during CT period we discuss about ways of improving the school and our class had come up with a wonderful top 3 proposal:

1. Build a Street soccer court
2. Adding more photocopy machines round the school and improve the quality
3. Water coolers

Some funny ridiculous proposals:

Finally the day when my fitness is put to challenge. We started off by with 5 station Napfa in the morning.

Our class guys are very supportive, keep cheering on for one another...It is this motivation that drives one to edge further and forward. Surprisingly, our class guys all have shuttle run below 10 except for 2. Sit-ups was a brisk...did w/o much energy. Pull-ups was an obstacle for me. Never mind i have chosen to slack this year and continue to improve to an amazing 10 next year. I dun wanna enter ARMY BMT so fast just becos of a stupid NAPFA TEST.

2.4 km Napfa run

Today was Napfa 2.4 km real run. Oh my god...the experience today was indeed terrible...Did some stretchings and warm-ups before running....1st 3 rounds was smooth for me....running consistently....the constant motivation which keeps me on the go comes from the pple who surpasses me. They were way in front of me..and i told myself i am going to beat them down. At the fourth round, an excruiating acute pain strikes my head..I knew i was going to collapse anytime...was on the verge of vomiitting...now i knew the root of the problem..eating too much for breakfast....2 bowls of noodles....argh....I told myself i couldnt lose to Kumar...cause Hui shan and Yan nee were betting..Hui shan was supporting me and yan nee for Kumar.....They were like betting who would come in first...Haha....Rounds and rounds i heard shoutings from my class supporting me...I must move on no matter how painful and pathetic i am now....I beared the pain and completed the 2.4 km run. Even sprinting like hell on the last lap.....now i was 1 second later than kumar....haiz...wasted....if only i was in a better condition.....Sometimes pple's cheers and support really do work!!

I collapsed onto the ground...trying really hard to bring myself to the steps on the grandstand.. For a moment i see stars and the pain didnt seems to fade but aggravate....I am in deep pain..I am vomitting and vommitting non-stop..the feeling was nauseating...i nearly went out of breath from vomitting...but what touched me is the warmth i received from all my classmates and frens.....they were really helpful and caring.....

Today we do not have practical so got 2 hours of chem tutorial..was damn sian...the tutor went on her lessons with monotonous voice and everyone was like feeling sleeply...hence i requested for a 5 min water break...wah and she granted the whole class!! Hurray!! Wanted to go gym and do some exerciese but got pple occupying...so jia hui suggested playing catching...It was damn fun..it has been years since the last time i played catching....managed to dodge the ctachers for quite some time before being cuaght...Haha!!! OMG!!

Fire drill which many pple cursed upon

again PW lessons today.. Our group dont seems to have full attendence everytime...Haha....Arch is not around...and anyway our GPP is already done...so we tok a lot of crap during the lesssons. Today was the stupid fire drill. The siren sounded so loudly that i nearly got deaf. There was obviously no sense of urgency in everyone...haha..anyway who cares?? oops!!! waste of time...eat into our break time!!! Everyone was strolling their way to the field...haha....the assembled area was damn heaty and stuffy....we were oblivious of the situation, engaging in conversations and talks. I cant bear the stuffiness anymore..so me yuxuan and weichong went to the back..Wah...saw Sudershan (well known for shutting pple up)..he was like debating with Nas..so we listened...it was damn funny....Went late for PHY tutorial...bought drinks for my class...The lT suddenly became a cafe...everywhere you can see pple muching away, drinking to their tops...haha...no one was listening to the lecturer...whom i think was sub-standard..only mermering to himself..dunno wad the hell he is toking about!! and notice 1 trend in our school...all the elder lecturers likes to act cute..and the students will start claaping and cheering for them!! hmm..weird though!!

Good news / Bad news !!
Our principal went up the stage during Morning assembly to announce some good results. Our Volleyball teams (both guys and girls made it to the semi-finals), Basketball girls and rugby too!! Ou school is best known for volleyball and both teams have managed to clinched and secured the Championship Title for consecutive 2 years. Hurray!! If they managed to grab hld of champions, the trophy will be kept and reatined w/o the need to return. But guess what i heard bad news at 8:45am. Davidson told me that volleyball guys have lost to AJ 3-0. Shocking results!! Now the guys are pitting themselves against VJ for the 3rd / 4th placing. Now we are betting on the gals....Grace must jia you,k!!! We all depend on you and your team...We will surely go down to Toa Payoh stadium to cheer yoou on, scream out our hearts and heads off. This time the supporters will tripled, not like the previous time where they are onlya small group.

SPA Exam

Again Friday. Our class was the first to take the SPA Physics Practical. Now back to Examination mode. During the SPA, the atmosphere was so tense and stiff. Everyone was so serious. Luckily for me the SPA was still manageable. We ended lesson like 10:45 today. After that we went to the nearby Mcdonald's to have breakfast. After breakfast, we went to the playground at the foot of the block to play. Haha..at that pt of time, we looked childish though. Jia hui suggested playing catching and we kicked off the game with Henry being the catcher. But later we stopped with the fear of neighbours complaining us for being too rowdy. Oh yar and 1 thing Atichit and wei long played at the slide before..haha..OMG!! Someone saw you all playing lor....Oh yeah talking about weilong, he is a Warcraft fanatic...always spending hours in front of his computer..hehe....and the Atichit...OMG..dunno what to say...always joking abt him.....
Initially tot our class going down to queensway to see the jersey again...but in the end..i went with xuewei, weichong and yu xuan to go collect her hp....then got another appointment at 445 so I left. Weichong was pissed for a moment cause everyone leaving him to take bus, leaving him alone to take train. Haha....Oh yar i still rememeber stealing the water from the dispenser..such a typical Sinagporean and all the staff were like looking at me...cause i filled up my bottle.

Suah day!!!!

Haiz today i plunged into a long period of state of depression. I lost my Lovely Graphic calculator. The GC which had always followed by my side for the past 5 months. The GC which had i had installed games like Bubble Bobble, Super mario and lots more games. The GC which i plotted graphs with. Haiz....I am really sad. Thanks to my classmates for all your console. Meanwhile i will try my very best to look for my calculator.

Took a look at the Hall of Fame for NAPFA results and got a shock of my life...!!

Oh my god...with determination comes the great power!! these pple must have put in lots of effort for the Napfa test and slackers like me who is supposed to report early in morning for PE and didnt turn up in the end will never score in NAPFA. Got ot buck up already..if not another additional 4 more mths in ARMY.....Wan some tips for PULL-UPs come look for me.
