NAPFA 5 STATION TEST
Finally the day when my fitness is put to challenge. We started off by with 5 station Napfa in the morning.
My results
Sit-ups: 51
Standing Broad Jump: 240 cm
Shuttle Run: 09:04
Sit & Reach : 50cm
Pull-ups: 1
Our class guys are very supportive, keep cheering on for one another...It is this motivation that drives one to edge further and forward. Surprisingly, our class guys all have shuttle run below 10 except for 2. Sit-ups was a brisk...did w/o much energy. Pull-ups was an obstacle for me. Never mind i have chosen to slack this year and continue to improve to an amazing 10 next year. I dun wanna enter ARMY BMT so fast just becos of a stupid NAPFA TEST.
