NAPFA 2.4 KM Trial
Today is NAPFA 2.4 km trial run. Was damn worried that i wouldnt met my target of 10:30. First few rounds was going quite smoothly for me. My class cheered me on and this motivation pushed me further and faster. The loudest cheer i could hear was from Shiyi. All thanks to him. However, a slight acute pain seems to cut down my speed. My timing is as follows:
1st round: 1:40:00
2nd round: 3:46:00
3rd round: 6:02:00
4th round: 8:14:00
5th round: 9:16:00
Final lap: 11:40:00
As you could see i am going slower and slower. I am so sad that i couldnt meet my target, start cursing my legs and the pain for pulling me further away from my goals but i have to face reality. After PE, Mr victor punished me, hui shan, yan nee and wei long because of 1 stupid game BINGO that got us into trouble. Haiz......Did 4 sets of leg races...and my legs are aching like mad....
